Luffy skin in Fortnite One Piece promotional artwork
The Luffy skin in Fortnite is coming to the Item Shop as part of the One Piece crossover in the Treasure Hunters season. Epic Games lists November 1, 2026, as his release date, alongside Nami and Usopp. Fortnite offers character outfits through several separate purchases, so knowing where your favorite character belongs matters. This guide explains how to get Luffy, how his Shop release differs from the One Piece Battle Pass rewards, and what Fortnite Crew access means for players interested in the crossover.
The Item Shop is Luffy’s announced unlock route. If the Straw Hat captain is the character you want, focus on a purchase that specifically includes his outfit rather than buying a pass simply because it features One Piece content.
Where to Get the Luffy Skin in Fortnite
Epic’s October 30 announcement places Luffy in the Item Shop lineup for the launch of Treasure Hunters. Nami and Usopp are also listed for the opening Shop release.
That separates these characters from the One Piece outfits included in the Battle Pass. The crossover uses different purchase routes, so one purchase should not be treated as access to every character.
For Luffy, the important details are the outfit’s own listing, its price, and the items included with the purchase. A listing featuring another One Piece character does not establish that Luffy comes with it.
Luffy’s announced release date
Luffy’s announced Item Shop release date is November 1, 2026, alongside the Treasure Hunters season launch.
The release announcement establishes his planned arrival. It does not provide a Shop removal date, so there is no confirmed deadline to include here.
Epic’s season announcement does not state Luffy’s individual outfit price or a bundle price.
Check the displayed V-Bucks amount and included cosmetics before purchasing. Do not assume that accessories shown in promotional artwork are all part of the same purchase.
Is Luffy in the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass?
Luffy is listed as an Item Shop outfit, not among the announced Battle Pass characters.
The One Piece characters named for the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass are Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin. Luffy, Nami, and Usopp are listed separately for the Shop.

This distinction matters when deciding what to buy. Players interested in Ace or Robin should review the Battle Pass rewards and requirements. Players interested in Luffy should look for his specific Shop purchase.
A Battle Pass can include characters from the same series without including the entire cast. The One Piece branding alone does not tell you which outfits a purchase contains.
An item included with a paid subscription is not the same as a reward available at no cost.
The same distinction applies to pass access. Receiving access through a subscription does not make every cosmetic released during that season part of the subscription.
For Luffy, the confirmed purchase category remains the Item Shop.
